Agile Process

The focus is on collaborative working methods, rapid technical progress, minimization of risks, and clear user-centricity. Classically, we consider four established steps within the overall process.

Consulting

Your application meets our technical expertise

At first, we combine your ideas and challenges with our technological offerings. Within a creative process, approaches for automation potential are identified and worked out together.

Methodological approaches include, among other things, workshops, and design thinking approaches.

The results of this step are typically requirement analyzes, technology roadmaps, feasibility studies, and automation concepts.

Prototype

The successful demonstration of relevant core functions

The prototype is the first tangible result of work, and as a proof of concept, it represents an essential technical milestone in the innovation project. The focus is on the demonstration of the technical feasibility of critical functions or properties.

The successful prototype serves to ensure trust but also to identify surmountable hurdles.

The result of this step is typically a technology demonstrator and an adapted development concept.

MVP

The minimal product for early user test

The Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is an intermediate product reduced to all core functions that has to endure in real industrial application contexts. The MVP opens up the opportunity to analyze and evaluate the solution and assumptions based on early user tests and real application environments.

Within this step, we evaluate, e.g., user studies or performance metrics of the automation solution.

The result of this step is the collection of user feedback and a customized development plan for your out-of-the-box product solution.

Solution

Start of productive operation in the target environment

The ready-made solution features robust and reliable productive process of the innovation in the application environment. The development work is completed with the integration of auxiliary functions and final testing, paving the way for direct scaling of the use case.

Besides the integration, we assist in certification processes, technical optimizations, and support.
