Gestalt Robotics is introducing a new solution - The InspectSYS

InspectSYS is a fully automated inspection solution for assembly and configuration inspection that uses powerful and highly efficient AI technologies. The system can be used in a variety of ways in assembly and can be expanded modularly if desired.

AI-BASED INSPECTION WITH COBOT

Manual inspection and final approval in the assembly of complex products are often error-prone, can be highly complex with a large number of variations, and tie up valuable resources. Gestalt Robotics' InspectSYS quality gate uses advanced AI technologies to provide robust visual recognition even under varying environmental conditions. A cobot-based guidance of the camera also enables a fully automated 360° inspection. 

The teaching (no-code) of test plans and test objects is done intuitively and in a few minutes by guiding the cobot and recording a few image examples, so that commissioning and adjustments are done in just a few steps. The inspection results themselves are immediately available and can be stored in MES or ERP systems. In addition, standardised interfaces and dashboards make it possible to keep an eye on quality at all times.

WIDE RAGE OF APPLICATIONS IN ASSEMBLY

InspectSYS ensures quality in assembly and can be easily integrated into existing processes and systems. Different areas of application are possible. For example, InspectSYS can be used for visual final acceptance at the end of manual assembly processes (end of line). Particularly in the case of complex assemblies and individual variants, monitoring, statistics and automated reports help to identify the causes of errors and to avoid them in the long term. 

It is also possible to integrate InspectSYS directly into workplace systems and individual assembly stations (inline) for the direct identification of component defects and incorrectly assembled components. Rejects or complex rework can thus be consistently avoided through immediate correction. 

In its mobile version, InspectSYS is the flexible companion for workers on the shop floor. The AI technologies and the location-flexible use enable rapid operational readiness and monitoring of placement or conditions.
